Weekly Health Walk
Every Monday morning a group of individuals join our Health Development Worker on a walk to improve their health, socialise with others and enjoy Herefordshire's countryside.
The walks are ideal for those whose health is not strong but who would like to regain a level of fitness and well-being. It is also a great opportunity for those who live alone to meet others in a supportive and nurturing environment.
