"The Cart Shed provides the most beautiful setting to come to; to learn, relax, feel safe, regain confidence and mix with others. Ian and Kate are such kind and caring people that you immediately feel part of the group. I cannot praise them highly enough."
In addition to helpful websites: (MIND - click here. , Very Well Mind - click here.) we have pulled together a few resources to help our participants during this time. Please note, many of these resources were not made by The Cart Shed; they are offered as additional online support.
